Kuba Rugs

Kuba rugs are a type of Caucasian rug. They are finely woven with Turkish knots. There are several different types of Kuba rugs including Seichours, and Perepedils among others.

The Seichour design features large X patterns in the field which are St. Andrew's cross motifs.The running dog border as seen in the rug pictured below is a common design found in Kuba rugs.
